Non Refundability, and Non Returnability
For the avoidance of doubt, refunds and returns of Products are not available under any circumstances. This is due to the intangible nature of Products, which are delivered electronically. Once the Product is delivered to Customer, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned or refunded.
Limitation of Seller's Liability
Seller shall not be liable for any damages arising from Customer's acquisition or use of a Product, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Invalidity and Severability of Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be stricken from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement

Age restrictions apply: Suphor does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.
Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will immediately be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed and a return of the product (s) concerned will be required.
